Cray Wanderers Squad Update – New Signing – Daniel Ajakaiye
Cray Wanderers are delighted to announce the signing of striker Daniel Ajakaiye to Flamingo Park.
Daniel joins the Wands from Cray Valley PM who he joined at the start of the 2025-26 season. He also becomes the second member of the first team squad to have been part of Horsham’s Isthmian Premier League title winning side last season along with Ola Ogunwamide.
Daniel came through the West Ham youth system and then on to Bromley. From Bromley he moved for the first of two spells at Kingstonian during the 2017-18 season scoring twice in seventeen appearances. He then moved on to Hastings United the following season scoring thirty nine goals in two seasons. In the summer of 2020 Daniel joined Havant & Waterlooville before returning to Kingstonian for the 2021-22 season scoring twenty one goals in fifty two games.
Daniel joined Horsham in the summer of 2022 helping the Hornets to the Isthmian Premier playoffs in 2023-24 and the following season helped Horsham earn promotion to the National South making 129 appearances scoring forty goals. Daniel moved to Cray Valley PM in the summer of 2025 making thirty nine apperances scoring six goals.
