The Wands came into the game top of the league and unbeaten on nineteen points and from the kick off Jessica Oldfield with an early shot tested the keeper.

Then continuing the early pressure from Cray, Hrystyna Kulishko sent a flashing cross across the box which was saved by the keeper.

Cray took the lead after a driving run down the left from Eve Sales with a cross shot which snuck in underneath the keeper 1-0 after 5 minutes.

The pressure then continued with a shot from Annemarie Blanche which diverted off the back of a Crayford player for a corner, and then a fantastic cross from Olivia Gregory was met on the volley by Vittoria D’urso which was saved well by the keeper

Cray then scored a second in the 10th minute when Gregory won the ball from a Crayford free kick, hitting a long ball for oldfield to run onto, fizzing a cut back for Kulishko to finish in the box.

After a short time in our half with pressure from Crayford, Cray hit back with Jess Oldfield putting the Crayford defence under pressure, winning the ball and slotting cooly to make it 3-0

Five minutes later, Oldfield flashed a shot across the goal ,but soon added her second, receiving a pass on the edge of the box, turning and smashing the ball into the corner to make it 4-0 with barely twenty minutes gone.

Crayford received a free kick 20 mins in and put a good cross into the box which was well dealt with by Gregory.

Cray then received a free kick and a wonderful ball sent into the box by Brown but Wanderers failed to capitalise on this.

After a busy start cray settled the play with some beautiful passing triangles, with Kulishko releasing Oldfield with a fantastic through ball, the keeper coming out with Oldfield committed, the loose ball eventually latched onto by Louise Chenery with a driving shot that was well saved by the keeper.

Cray got the next goal from birthday girl Annemarie Blanche, receiving a pass back from Oldfield and dinking a looping shot over the keeper making it 5-0

Crayford had a rare attack on 32 mins but Vittoria D’urso came sliding in to stop the attack.

Crayford registered their one and only shot of the half on the 42 min mark, easily dealt with by Sam Sharp.

Just before half time D’urso had another shot saved by the keeper from a great corner delivery and Cray dominated possession for the remainder of the half and led 5-0 at the break

The Wands started the second half much like the first with an early shot from Kulishko which went wide.  Arrows then registered some good play forcing Sharp into a routine save.

Oldfield then got her well deserved hat trick after another well played through ball from Kulishko to make it 6-0.

Cray got their 7th when Okasia Brown with a driving shot 25 yards out into the corner of the net.

Crayford were unlucky then not to score, putting the Wanderers defence under pressure then hitting the post on the 60th minute

An 8th was nearly added for the Wands after a mix up in the Arrows defence, with the ball hitting the post from their defender.

Olivia Gregory quickly went on the attack with the Arrows keeper making a save tipping it onto the post and out for a corner.

A fantastic cross from brown was then met by sales ,but it clipped the wrong side of her head

Charlotte Knipe-James then latched on to a through ball but fired over from  good pressure from the arrows centre back.  Cray had several more chances but all were met well by the keeper

Crayford had a late second half surge winning a free kick which was blocked by wanderers ,resulting in a corner that came to nothing then a 25 yard shot from Blanche was well saved by the Arrows keeper.

A flurry of shots then followed, Kulishko wide of the post and shots from Chloe Ashdown and Hannah Atkins meant Cray were still knocking on the door for more goals deep in the second half.

After some good defensive work, the ball came to Kulishko who set up another goal passing to Atkins adding the 8th and completing the scoring.

This was a good win for Cray with a clean sheet with all substitutes getting on.
