Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking for a Flamingo Park Developments LTD facility.

This Agreement is to be used for the hire of facilities at Flamingo Park Developments LTD sites.

By clicking ‘Agree & Pay’ you are agreeing to the Terms set out below.

1. Definitions:

‘We’ ‘Us’ ‘Our’ refers to Flamingo Park Developments LTD.
‘You’ ‘Your’ refers to the individual or organisation making a booking.
‘Booking’ refers to the hire of Flamingo Park Developments LTD facilities.
‘Platform Provider’ refers to pitchbooking.com

2. Making a Booking:

You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
You are responsible for any other persons who make up part of the booking.
All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
The booking must be made for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Payments:

The payment for the booking must be made in full at the time of the booking unless otherwise agreed or permitted by Flamingo Park Developments LTD via other accepted payment terms.
All payments must be made via the accepted methods as outlined on our platform.
Payments are non-refundable except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.

Through the Platform provider, we use a third-party payment specialist, Stripe, who are compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). All payment data entered into a Stripe-hosted payment page is encrypted. We will not store your card details without your permission.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings where payments are not received in advance of the booking date. This includes bookings on or up to the time stated in the booking confirmation email.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.

If we cancel your booking for any reason not attributable to you, a full refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking to any person we have grounds to consider will not keep to these terms and conditions.

Hirers must ensure that they do not disrupt or interfere with facilities or reservations other than those explicitly stated in their booking confirmation. Hirers must ensure that they do not disrupt or interfere with Guests or Unknown Persons located on a Third Party site. Such behaviour may result in the cancellation/refusal of future bookings.

5. Usage of Facilities:

You are expected to use Flamingo Park Developments LTD facilities responsibly and in a manner that does not disrupt others.

Any damage caused to the facility or any associated equipment due to misuse or negligence will be charged to you.

All Hirers must leave the facility and surrounding areas clear, clean and tidy at the end of their booking.

Hirers must only use the facility on the day, date and time listed on their booking confirmation. Flamingo Park Developments LTD and Third Party Staff may inspect facilities during sessions.

Hirers must ensure that they do not tamper with or remove any equipment provided as part of the reservation. This includes nets, poles, flags and any other associated equipment. Flamingo Park Developments LTD reserves the right to charge Hirers for the replacement of lost/stolen/damaged equipment in accordance with the prices listed.

All reports of defective equipment must be reported upon discovery to a member of staff.
A staff member can always be found inside the pavilion or upstairs in the bar area.

6. Liability:

We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind incurred during the use of Flamingo Park Developments LTD facilities. By making a booking, you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result.

7. Privacy:

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions prior to making a booking.

9. Applicable Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
