Hi Members and Friends,
Yesterday, the Draw for April of the CWFC Monthly 100 Club took place at a somewhat unusual venue.
No doubt we are all experiencing various, differing, types of difficulties during this current ‘lock-down’.
However, we all need to come up with alternative answers to problems. So, to accomplish the Draw
it was made in the garden of my Daughter’s house and, the essential matter of drawing out the winning
number,s was undertaken by my Grand-son, Archie.
Archie is nine years of age, is ‘mad’ about football, (supports Arsenal), and currently plays for the Dartford
Blues, (Junior section of Dartford FC).
Here are the results of Archie’s efforts:
1st Prize of £150, went to holder of number 54, Mr John. Pitts of Orpington, Kent.
2nd Prize of £65, went to holder of number 55, Mr Leslie Hain of St.Pauls Cray, Kent.
3rd Price of £35, went to holder of number 8, Mr Sam Wright of Welling, Kent.
I think this is the first time we’ve had a, ‘sequential numbers’ situation arise, i.e. 54 & 55.
