A note for Cray Wanderers supporters of some sad news of the departure of Shaun Rowley from the club for personal reasons. Please read the statement from Cray Wanderers to explain.
Shaun was a loyal and trusted custodian for the Wands for three seasons having joined in the summer of 2022 and went on to make close to 150 appearances, 40 clean sheets and save for two matches a league ever present over that time.
He was also the first goalkeeper to win two Supporters Player of the Year awards in 2023 and 2025 and had a great rapport with the fans and always approachable and friendly. He was also part of the team which reached the Isthmian Premier playoffs in 2022-23 and a top ten finish this season.
On behalf of the club and supporters we say thank you Shaun for your time and efforts and wish you good luck in the next chapter of your career.
