Result – SC Thamesmead U23s 3 Cray Wanderers U23s 6 (Boateng (4), Ihiedi, Holden) – SCEFL Development League West
The Wands U23s moved three points clear at the top of the SCEFL Development League West after coming back from 3-2 down at half time to beat Sporting Club Thamesmead at Bayliss Avenue.
David Boateng starred scoring four goals with Michael Ihiedi recently returning to the side and prolific Corey Holden on target.
Cray now move on to 37 points three clear of Hollands & Blair having played the same amount of games (17). Hollands & Blair play twice before Cray play again at a tough Snodland Town side on 16th April and at Kent United on 20th April. The Wands final home game is against Erith & Belvedere on Friday 24th April so if you can please try to give the team your support.
