Staplehurst Monarchs U23s vs Cray Wanderers U23s – SCEFL Development League West – Thurs 30th October, 7.45 pm.
Wishing good luck tonight to the Wands U23s who look to consolidate top spot in the SCEFL Development West with a visit to third placed Staplehurst Monarchs.
Cray top the table on 16 points from 7 games and the last league game saw a 2-0 win at Corinthian. Since then the Wands made it through a tough Kent Intermediate Cup tie with Maidstone United last Friday.
Staplehurst are newcomers to the league and are unbeaten after six games with ten points. Their last league game was a 5-5 draw at Welling Town on 15th October but since then were beaten in the Kent Intermediate Cup by Sevenoaks Town Reserves.
This looks like being a tough game on the road. Cray in November do have three home games scheduled vs Rusthall (Fri, 7th), Erith & Belvedere (Fri, 21st) and Hollands & Blair (Fri, 28th).
