Tonbridge Angels U19s vs Cray Wanderers U23s – Kent FA Intermediate Cup Semi-Final, 15/2/26, 7 45 pm.
All at Cray Wanderers wish good luck this evening for the Wands U23s in the Semi-Final of the Kent Intermediate Cup at Tonbridge Angels.
Cray have advanced past Maidstone United (H, 3-3 on pens – scorers Uziel Bateki, Corey Holden, Ellis Marsh), Whitstable Town (A, 1-0, Holden) and Sevenoaks Town Reserves (H, 4-0 (Marsh (2), Holden (2)) to reach the Semi-Finals for the first time since the 2018-19 season. The Wands U23s are 3rd in the SCEFL Development West.
Tonbridge Angels made it through with wins at Lordswood (4-1), Margate (H, 1-1 on pens) and at Deal Town (2-1).
The winners will play Faversham Town or Hollands & Blair in the Final.
Cray who have won the Intermediate Cup on two occasions met Tonbridge in the competition in the 2nd Round in November 2017 with Cray winning 1-0.
Admission £5 with the game decided on the night.

Sat Navs – Please search Tonbridge Angels FC, keep heading straight on Darenth
Avenue and enter the Car Park.
From M25 – Take A21 (Sevenoaks/Hastings) turning at Junction 5 and leave at junction
with A225/B245 (signposted Hildenborough). After passing Langley Hotel on the left take
a slightly hidden left turn into Dry Hill Park Round. Left again at the mini-roundabout into
Shipbourne Road (A227) and then left again at the next roundabout into Darenth Avenue.
The ground is at the bottom of the hill.
From East Kent/M20 leave M20 at Junction 4 and follow signs to Tonbridge. Turn right
into The Ridgeway immediately after the 30mph signs and then straight on at the
roundabout into Darenth Avenue.
There is a large free car park, which makes attending games using a car convenient.
By Rail
Train services go from Orpington midweek at 22 or 53 mins past the hour with
returns at 22:17, 22:50 and the last train is at 23:17. Services from London go from
Charing Cross with six trains an hour or from Cannon Street.
There is a taxi rank at the station (turn right on exit). A cab ride is about 10 minutes.

Directions on foot from the railway station.
Turn left outside the station and walk the length of the High Street, continuing in this
direction passing Bordyke (traffic lights) until reaching Tonbridge School (on the left). Cross
the road at a pedestrian crossing near the school entrance and proceed in the same
direction, going straight ahead towards Shipbourne Road (this road starts at a set of traffic lights).
Ignore the branch to the left (London Road) and walk for approximately 10 minutes up
Shipbourne Road, until reaching a mini-roundabout (junction with Dry Hill Park Road to the left and Yardley Park Road to the right).
Cross the mini-roundabout and return to the other side of the road. Continue in the same
direction (towards North Tonbridge) for a few more minutes, then take the second turning
left into Welland Road (just past the Royal Oak pub).
Go down the steep hill on Welland Road and at the bottom, turn right into Longmead Way.
Stay on this road, (about half way along it bends to the left then right, before straightening out again). At the end of Longmead Way you will come to a junction with Darenth Avenue.
The entrance to the stadium is on the left (will see the gates and large car park). Head
along the path through the middle towards the white buildings. The turnstiles are on the
left-hand side of the clubhouse.
By Bus.
Buses Nos 208, 218, 219 and 222 serve ” Cage Green, The Pinnacles” which is the nearest
stop to the ground with combined frequencies from the station and town centre
approximately every 15 minutes. A short walk from The Pinnacles bus stop down the hill
(Darenth Avenue) will bring you to the ground – proceed through the car park and you will
come to the turnstiles.
The stop nearest to Tonbridge Station – one minute walk – is referred to as “Quarry Hill
Parade”.
The bus stop at the station can be found by exiting by the main entrance through the
Ticket Hall and turning right and is located immediately outside Lidl’s supermarket on
Quarry Hill Parade
