The Cup weekend continues on Sunday 6th September as the Wands Women host Camden Town Women in the 1st Qualifying Round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup. Kick off at Flamingo Park, 2 pm

The Wands will be looking to make it past two rounds for the first time and can be encouraged by the 3-1 win at AFC Croydon Athletic in the previous round. Goals from an Ellie Rivers penalty, Maddie Bone and Izzy Jose.
Cray kick off their league campaign next Sunday at Kings Hill but before that will welcome the challenge of new opponents in Camden Town.
Town play in the London & South East Regional Women’s League Division One North and have made a 100 per cent winning start to the season. They advanced professionally past Oxted & District 7-0 away in the last round and also Sport London E Benfica and Greenwich Borough in the league.
Previous games at this round has seen defeats to Comets and Ashford Town Middlesex but in their short history the team have achieved so much and could be on for another piece of history.
