FA Cup 1st Round – Cray Wanderers vs Stockport County – Sunday 8th November, 2.15 pm

Please see here details that you have probably been waiting for like a child waits for Christmas Eve to end. The FA Cup 1st Round tie between Cray Wanderers vs Stockport County takes place at Flamingo Park on Sunday 8th November with a 2.15 pm ko.

This match has been selected as a live pick and will be screened on TNT Sports 3 and BBC Two and BBC I Player and HBO Max.

Please see here a link to the BBC Website with details.

This will be the first ever live televised Cray Wanderers game on terrestrial television so a great showcase as to who we are and as a mark of respect to Stockport County who have in recent years been a force to be reckoned with after emerging from the National League and North not that long ago and through League 2 and a playoff appearance and semi-final in League 1.

This is great testament to the work of Gary Hillman and Michael Paye and all those and there are too many to mention here who have put in decades of work and graft many of whom are sadly no longer here but should be looking down with pride especially as what will be Remembrance Sunday.

Tickets go on sale to Wands fans on Monday. Please check here and on our social media channels for updates as likely to be popular. Please be patient with the club and staff as this is a new and exciting occasion but we know when we are playing and gives us Saturday to watch the other games on the Gogglebox and enjoy it.
