Cray Wanderers U12s/U13s Girls – JPL National Champions

Congratulations to the Cray Wanderers U12s/U13s Girls who on Saturday became Junior Premier League Champions after victory against Inspire Girls Academy.   Danny Stanton’s side are unbeaten after 22 games and with 62 points and scored 157 goals.

This league includes professional Academy clubs like Crystal Palace, AFC Wimbledon, Watford, Welling United, Ebbsfleet United and Woking.

The Girls have a massive game on Saturday 13th May in the JPL Cup Final vs Arsenal U12s in a match being played at Aston Villa FC’s Training Ground.  The game kicks off at 2.30 and we hope the players, coaches and families enjoy the match and occasion.

The team are on the verge of winning five trophies this season having already won the Kent County Cup in April playing a year up at U13s level and also have a chance of winning the Tandridge League and Cup.

There are big days ahead for these players in the years to come either as Wands, away from the Wands or even at international level and the club introducing girls football over the last couple of seasons has proved to be a huge success and part of the clubs future going forward to include a Women’s team and Academy side.
