Gravesham Women & Girls FC vs Cray Wanderers Women – Kent County Cup/Plate – Sunday 23rd November, 1.30 pm
Good luck to the Cray Wanderers Women this afternoon as the Wands continue a run of cup ties with a visit to Gravesham Women & Girls FC in the Kent FA Plate.
This is a match taking place at the second time of asking after last Sunday’s plannd tie was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. Despite yesterday’s persistent rain the tie at the Cascades Leisure Centre in Gravesend goes ahead. Kick off 1.30.
The Wands last outing was a 7-0 win vs Park Regis in the SECWFL Cup on 8th November. Chloe Obando scored a hat-trick with Sarah White scoring twice and goals from Millie Main and Chloe Francis.
Gravesham was where the Wands Women’s journey began in September 2024 with the first ever league game which Cray won 2-0 on the way to winning the SECWFL Division One West title.
